This Transit Orientated Development breathes new life into an aging and underutilized transit corridor in Sunnyvale. This new mixed-use project incorporates 284 apartment units with approximately 480 parking spaces in a subterranean garage. The dwelling units are above 36,000 square feet of retail space. There is also a retail space developed on a corner parcel.
