HMH supported Summerhill homes on the construction of 20 new town-homes in one of the Bay Area’s most sought-after communities.  The Creekside project is within easy walking distance to some of Saratoga’s top-ranked schools, shopping and downtown vilage. It’s location puts it in close proximity to commuter access to parks, recreation, restaurants and wineries.

Although a infill transnational housing typology for the area the two-story town-homes offer up private outdoor space that have the appeal of Single-Family-Home living.   Floor plans included 3 to 5 bedrooms and approximately 1,992 to 3,774 square feet of living space and two-car garages. The project was also green point rated.
