Boulevard Park was planned around an existing Camphor tree and provides a quiet location from the urban life surrounding the site. The quiet private park oasis features a variety of outdoor amenities that include picnic tables, a children’s play area, a large swathe of lawn for relaxation or recreation, game tables, a rose garden with private seating areas, and a ring of tall palm trees. All features have been designed to be accessible to all users. The palm trees originally located on the Underwriter’s Laboratory site, were maintained off site and then relocated into the park for a dramatic instant impact.
