Located in San Jose, Arbor Village covers 3.5 acres and is located within the Evergreen Village Center. The project includes 35 single family attached residential units, 12,500 square feet of retail space, and a public library. The project also included a new Planned Development Zoning to allow residential units on a portion of a previously approved commercial site.
