Alviso Street Parking Structure (North Campus Garage)

Located on the Santa Clara University campus, the 125,000 SF design/build 4-level parking garage includes a total of 383 stalls, EV charging stations, a vehicle monitoring system, self-service pay station kiosks, emergency phone stations, security cameras on all levels, and preparations for a future roof-top photovoltaic system. The site improvements consisted of underground utilities, storm drain system, bio-retention pond, Public Park, concrete and decomposed granite walking paths.
