Tuscany Hills
HMH provided planning, entitlement and engineering design services for the Tuscany Hills residential development in San Jose, a project which consisted of up to 765 residential units including townhomes, row homes, condominiums and other medium to high-density attached dwelling units. The project was designed in accordance with the 1991 Communications Hill Specific Plan, which involved a comprehensive planning framework for development of a unified-high-density, pedestrian-oriented urban community with a mix of uses on approximately 400 acres on and around Communications Hill, a well-known promontory in Central San Jose.
