Pruneyard Shopping Center
This 27 acre site will eventually include enhanced pedestrian walkways, landscaping and an outdoor plaza with seating areas. These new additions will help in creating more connectivity between the new retail buildings, office towers and parking structure.
Recently completed, the R5 Building created approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space and consisted of onsite sidewalk improvements, ramps and crosswalk upgrades for ADA compliance, two bioretention areas for C3 compliance, and parking lot improvements.
