Bixby The Campus
HMH collaborated with the building architect and construction contractors to transform a group of four outdated existing office buildings, circa 1980, into an ultra-modern campus, serving a new generation of employees. Premium outdoor amenities in place present spacious outdoor living rooms, couch seating, fire tables, outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court, and a gym that opens up to an outdoor yoga deck. This new, updated space has created a gathering place that extends the workplace from inside to outside.
This cutting-edge workspace setting presents a California lifestyle steps from the work desk. These improvements pleasantly renders the designers’ efforts of sustainability and a relaxing, comfortable outdoor space that will enhance the workplace experience.
