2755 Orchard Parkway

HMH recently completed a ground-up construction office project, 2755 Orchard Parkway in San Jose. This project transformed a once under-utilized parking lot into a 2.3 acre, two-building multi-tenant campus with excellent adjacency to major freeways and walking distance from the VTA light rail. The campus features a large, private outdoor courtyard with a covered kitchen including a bbq and kegerator, catenary lighting/shade panels, dining patios and a hammock forest. This space provides a unique and flexible area for employees to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while enhancing connectivity and collaboration amongst each other.
